RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Sizing & Product Details
We kindly ask all customers to carefully review product dimensions and details before placing an order. Measurements for each item are clearly provided on the product page to help you make an informed choice.
Please note that returns or exchanges based on size expectations will not be accepted.

Returns
We accept returns within 24 hours of delivery if an item is received damaged, or incorrect.

To initiate a return, please contact us via WhatsApp or email with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • A brief description of the issue

All return requests must be made within the stated timeframe.

Conditions for Returns

  • Item must be unused and in its original condition
  • All original packaging must be intact
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Size expectations or incorrect assumptions
  • Incorrect selections made by the customer

Refunds
Once your return is approved and the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.

  • Approved refunds are issued via the original payment method or mobile money
  • Processing time: 1–3 business days after approval

Exchanges
Where possible, we are happy to offer an exchange for the same item or another available piece of equal value.

Delivery Fees
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
If a return is approved due to an error on our part, we will cover the return delivery cost.
