At Nora, we are committed to delivering your pieces with care and efficiency.

Turnaround 

All orders within Nairobi and its environs will be shipped within 24-48 hours between Monday-Friday, 9 am-5 pm. Orders outside Nairobi but within Kenya will be shipped between 2-3 working days.

Pickup Mtaani
A convenient and affordable option available across Nairobi.
Kindly indicate your preferred pickup station and timing.

Door-to-Door Delivery (Nairobi)
We offer door-to-door delivery within Nairobi and surrounding areas.
Delivery timelines range between same-day to next working day, depending on your location.

Outside Nairobi
We deliver to locations outside Nairobi. Kindly indicate your preferred courier.
Delivery timelines typically range from 2-5 business days depending on your location.

Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery option and location that you’re in. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
